So because Orbiting Death for Warshades fades, I decided to add the sound effect to Twilight Shield instead. There is no way to actually make it permanent due to the file used for Orbiting Death being coded on server side to fade out after a certain amount of time. So with this mod, Twilight Shield keeps the original SFX, but also includes the sound bite for Orbiting Death, dueto Twilight Shield not fading. It's not perfect, but achieves the same permanent effect, just attached to a different power. However, when you run Orbiting Death, you will be none the wiser. Enjoy!
