Description:

Standardizes DO/SO enhancement icons, uses the TO icons to make it more clear what SO/DOs actually enhance.  Also swaps Resist Damage enhancements to their originally intended, but never correctly implemented teal.

4/8/2024: Fixed the 14 (FOURTEEN!) New IO sets added in Issue 24 and 26 to have the correct background pogs, and not show the TO/DO/SO Icons under their icons.
